Returns Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
 

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.  To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

Items purchased in our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy. 

 

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN? 

We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via DPD, Collect+, InPost, Hermes Parcel Shop, UPS, Royal Mail or Hermes Home Collection

1.To start your return, head to our returns portal  (you’ll need your order number handy).

2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  

3.Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.

4.Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)

5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected! 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
For all international returns, they are shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being transferred in bulk back to our warehouse facility. For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5 working days for refunds to be processed. 

Please note, if the portal states "Delivered to HUB", this means your return is still at the Rebound international HUB and NOT our warehouse facility.

Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future! To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return and international order?’ section.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES

For all international returns, they are shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being transferred in bulk back to our warehouse facility. For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 10 working days for refunds to be processed.

I wasn’t given a specified carrier in the portal, what does this mean?

In a few countries we may not be able to offer you a specific carrier. In this instance, please register your return via our online returns portal – once you get your return label you can then choose your preferred return method to post the item back to us.

 

REFUNDS

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email info.kenzman@gmail.com so we can investigate this for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

 

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your on the Kenzma portal.

 

MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS

 

If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
